From a friend Jack Roberts, he had said he produced about 180hp with this setup...........

This is the only way I know to build a larger displacement M10 using all BMW
parts and results in 2234cc of displacement. If you approach this cookbook
style you will need:

One E21 or late 2002 M10 engine block (89mm bore)
One E30 M3 S14 crankshaft (84mm stroke)
Four M10 connecting rods (they are all the same)
One E12 style M10 cylinder head as used on late (73>) 2002
Four of the six pistons from a 3.4 liter M30 with 10.0:1 CR (used in 84 to
87 non-catalyst Euro motor)
One early E21 or E30 FI intake manifold or any carb manifold

Bore block to fit 92mm pistons--this is the maximum feasible overbore
(3mm/0.120") for an M10. Anything larger and you are going to strike water.
Deck block 1mm/0.040" in order to achieve the correct piston height since
the M30 pistons have a pin height for a 86mm stroke.
Assemble the lower end and clearance the block crankcase, crank counter
weights, and/or connecting rods as necessary. Re-balance any moving part
that required grinding.
Shave the E12 head 0.5mm/0.020" in order to achieve the rated 10.0:1 CR.
This reduces the E12 head's 61cc combustion chamber to 58cc which is the
same volume as the M30 head's combustion chambers for which the pistons were
designed. BTW, the reason for using an E12 head is because its combustion
chambers are shaped the most like the M30 head's combustion chambers of any
of the M10 heads and therefore will accept the "grand piano" shaped dome of
the M30 pistons.
You can use any intake manifold except the 80 to 83 E21 FI manifold because
it does not have a provision for injector mounting.

If you are willing to substitute custom made aftermarket pistons, these can
be made up with the correct crown configuration for any of the available M10
heads. E30 M3 S14 pistons will not work because the M10 89mm block cannot
be safely overbored to 93.4mm.

He estado mandando emails a algunos distribuidores.

Voy a escribirles a JEPistons.

http://www.iasapistons.com/
